Organic yellow passion fruit productivity due to irrigation, semi protected cultivation and artificial pollination

Abstract This study aimed to evaluate the effect of combination between irrigation, semiprotected cultivation, and artificial pollination on yield, number fruits, mass yellow passion fruit grown under organic production. The experimental design was in randomized blocks set up split plots (2x2x2) with eight treatments four replications. plot consisted irrigation or rainfed conditions, second factor corresponds plant cover plastic direct sunlight, third refers natural pollination. Irrigation performed using a micro-sprinkler system, either manual (entomophilous). evaluated parameters were fruits per plant, mean mass, total commercial yields two crop years: from January August 2019 September 2020. yield hectare not affected by semi-protected cultivation. Artificial increased 31% did significantly change treatments. However, there positive linear correction yield. is higher sunlight regardless irrigation.
